Comprehensive Coaching Program
 
TrainingYour customized series of coaching will consist of two-hour team meetings every other week for nine months, one monthly meeting for the following three months, and quarterly meetings for the second year. The frequency of meetings allows enough time for you to implement what has been taught. The duration of the first year develops habits that truly become a working part of the practice. Because so many of our clients have requested continued support, we have now added the second year as a maintenance portion of the program.

The Comprehensive Coaching Program has proven to have results that are many times greater than other types of 1-2 day seminars or lectures, because the duration of time contributes greatly to ideas truly being implemented and becoming a routine part of the normal day to day operations of the practice. Having the entire team participate in the training allows your team to understand the systems that are being implemented as well as the interdependency of each member.

Our fee for The Comprehensive Coaching Program does vary based on the size of the group being trained. While most clients prefer a flat fee for the entire program, some prefer the option of paying a down payment plus a portion of the growth in collections.
 
Retainer Program
 
Our Retainer Program is for clients who have gone through The Comprehensive Coaching Program and are interested in continued support beyond the second year. As with the second year, team meetings are held quarterly, with follow up training and coaching calls as needed.

The fee for The Retainer Program is a flat fee per year.
 
Clinical Coaching Program
 
Our Clinical Coaching Program is also for clients who have previously gone through one of our in-office coaching programs. It is designed to be primarily for the dentist and his/her dental assistants. This hands-on program involves clinical training on in-direct restorations, photography, and case presentation skills.

Indirect restorations that allow the savings of tooth structure, such as porcelain inlays and onlays are a definite option for patients today. This course is designed for the dentist who is looking for the individual coaching that doesn’t come from lectures or seminars.

This training program helps you to more clearly understand when indirections restorations are a potential option, the differences in the various restorations, steps involved in restoring, and how to improve case acceptance.

Fee: Based on individual needs and duration of coaching.
