About CLIFTON & ASSOCIATES, INC.

Our coaching programs are customized to meet the specific needs of your practice and team. Just as every practice has different strengths, weaknesses, and personalities, they usually have different goals and ideas for the kind of training they would prefer. After spending time with you to discuss your practice, and conducting a thorough practice assessment, we tailor a program of in-office training that is designed specifically for you.

In addition to coaching services, as an accredited provider with the Dental Board of California, we host various continuing education courses on a wide variety of topics ranging from clinical to management & business related topics throughout the year. Our group of practicing clinicians speak on indirect restorations, anterior restorations, implant dentistry, dental photography, orthodontic treatment options, treatment planning and other clinical topics.

Scott Clifton Stewart

President

In addition to having a business management degree, Scott has extensive experience in personnel management and training, customer service development, expense and inventory control, budget development, bookkeeping, systems development, and marketing. He entered the dental field in 1991 and relocated to Southern California in 1994 to establish his own company.

He and his wife Valerie live in Thousand Oaks, CA and have three grown children - Devoreaux, Jordan, and Chandler. They are involved with their church and active in several community service organizations.

Scott has worked with hundreds of dental practices since 1991 developing business plans, conducting due diligence, coaching and training dental teams, developing leadership skills, enhancing communication skills, training teams on customer service techniques, and successfully helping practices grow to new levels of productivity and profitability. In addition to being the primary trainer of the in-office coaching programs, he speaks frequently to various dental societies, study clubs, webinars and the continuing education courses hosted by Clifton & Associates, Inc.

Becky Leehey

Becky has over 25 years of professional marketing and business development background, including 4 years as a practice management consultant with Clifton & Associates, Inc. from 2005-2009. Becky returns after almost 7 years as the Executive Director of California Health & Longevity Institute in Westlake Village. She holds a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance from Regis University. She resides in Thousand Oaks with her husband Keith and twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, age 8.
